The company Snecikaviar.cz - Jiří Studnička, based in the Klatovy district, deals with the production and subsequent sale of snail caviar produced according to the Belgian recipe. For this purpose, we have been rearing African edible snails - Helix Aspersa Maxima for the 5th year indoors in a fully automated enclosure from hatching to adult individuals.
We produce specialties from snail meat and snail eggs (snails do not need to be killed to obtain the eggs), which do not contain any preservatives or chemical additives. Snail caviar and snail liver are a natural, hand-made product that we deliver to foreign luxury restaurants awarded a Michelin star.
We also offer e.g. snail meat cooked in beef or vegetable broth, snail liver, snail pâté with cranberries or rosemary, snail ragout, Burgundy snails.
