The village of Diváky is located in the hilly landscape of the Hustopečská Pahorkatina, its cadastre covers an area of 844 ha, of which 284 ha is forest. The village of Diváky is located about 6 km southwest of Klobouk u Brno and 8 km northeast of Hustopečí.
The dominant feature of the village is the protected baroque castle with a park (a chapel with the family tomb of the lords of Freiberk from 1832 is built in the park) standing on the northern edge of the village. The castle was used as a secondary vocational school for electrical engineering. At the end of the village stands the parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary from the beginning of the 17th century (the first building is remembered as early as 1287).
Traditional holidays in the village include feasts. They are always organized on the third weekend in August by costumed old men and women. The feast begins
starting on Friday and ending on Monday
