Stavební bytové družstvo družstvo manages a total of 1,799 flats and 106 garages in 36 houses, of which 27 are in Bohumín and 9 in Rychvald. We also provide bookkeeping and other services for small housing cooperatives and SVJ.
Management and maintenance of housing stock and non-residential premises:
- bookkeeping associated with the operation of the house
- making bank payments on the basis of provided documents
- comprehensive annual financial statements
- overviews of house management, creation and drawing of a long-term deposit for repairs
- creation of a regulation of rent and advances for services, records of payments, debtors, etc.
- billing of advance services
- records of receivables and payables, overviews of debtors incl. interest on arrears, processing of documents and legal assistance for the recovery of receivables
- processing of tax returns
- securing energy supplies for the house, including the draft of supply contracts
- ensuring inspections and revisions according to valid regulations
- securing a loan for house repairs, for house revitalization with the use of state subsidies
- ensuring the implementation of the "repair plan" incl. securing offers from suppliers, in case of interest also a tender
- legal advice in housing matters
- archiving of accounting documents, operational and technical documentation of the house
- technical assistance in the preparation of the first - constituent meeting of owners, in securing an entry in the Community Register and registration with the tax office, in setting up a Community bank account and in changing contracts with suppliers
- professional assistance in the preparation of membership meetings in the house.
