Welding, regeneration, transport and replacement of rails and train fleet.

In our welding shop we offer you:
- creation of locksmith constructions
- measurement of welds using electronic laths
- welding of LIS rails
- defectoscopic ultrasonic inspection of rails
- ecological regeneration of used rails
- desoldering butt welding
- welding of NT1 grooved rails and tongues of tram switches.

We produce transition rails of brands UIC / S49 and / R65, NT1 / S9, 57R1 / 59R2 and 57R1 / NT3.

We transport rails up to 300 m on platform wagons. We rent SDK II sets and platform wagons.
Part of our park is in RIV mode.

Rental:
- transport wagons for the set of long rails SDK II
- rail belt manipulators
- platform transporters.

We regenerate old rails, remove damaged ones and repair the rest. We weld using a SŽDC S 3 butt welding machine, part XV.
We also work on the railway superstructure.

We have obtained certificates for the systems:
- quality management in welding
- OHSAS
- a certificate for the entity in charge of maintenance and ECM maintenance of railway wagons
- environmental management.

We have trade licenses for:
- execution of constructions, their change and removal
- surface treatment of metals, welding and other materials
- wholesale and locksmithing.
