Elementary school and practical school Brno, Vídeňská combines the activities of elementary and secondary schools.
We provide basic education to pupils with special educational needs, and our practical two-year school is intended for pupils with special educational needs who have completed compulsory schooling.
Part of the school is the Preparatory class. The preparatory class is intended for children with deferred school attendance, additional deferment of compulsory school attendance and for all children for whom regular preparation and professional assistance will help facilitate the successful start of compulsory school attendance.
The school has a long-standing tradition of high-quality teaching with an individual approach, speech therapy care, and hobby activities. Pupils are educated in classes with a reduced number of pupils.
We focus on children with special educational needs, with mild mental disabilities, with disabilities: specific learning disabilities, behavioral disorders and children with a combination of disabilities and autism.
The practical school is intended for pupils who have completed compulsory schooling, where their education has been adapted to special educational needs.
Students after graduation, or even after the first year, can apply to other secondary schools and continue further professional studies.
