Milíkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Frýdek-Místek District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. And it consists of two separate parts, which are called Dědina and Paseky. Milíkov covers an area of 916 hectares and is situated at an altitude of 420 m above sea level. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1577. At present, Milíkov has approximately 1,300 inhabitants.
