Sport a relax club Benešov

The company Sport and relax club Benešov - Mgr. Dana Hřebíková offers sports and relaxation services.

Sports activities offered:
- fitness
- squash
- exercise in a fully equipped hall
- Beach volleyball
- table tennis

Our gym is divided into 2 floors. The aerobic zone is set aside on a separate floor. We offer the possibility of using a punching bag in the price of admission. We provide the possibility of individual training.
We have one squash court available in our club.
If you want to be sure of a free appointment, book an appointment in advance.
Beach volleyball is available from April to October.

Relaxation activities:
- sauna
- solarium
- cosmetics

We offer a Finnish sauna.
Entry is private for an individual or a group.
Make reservations by phone or in person at least 1 hour in advance to allow the sauna to heat up sufficiently. The temperature can be ordered (80° - 110°).

Our Sports and Relaxation Club is located in Benešov, 80 Na Karlov Street.
