- Handheld X-ray spectrometers NITON – Thermo fisher Scientific (USA).
- Laboratory and desktop spark optical spectrometers OBLF (Germany) and ARUN (Great Britain).
- Handheld and stationary radiation detection systems - Thermo Fisher Scientific.
We specialize in optical emission spectrometers and X-ray analyzers for measuring the chemical composition of materials.
We also offer our customers devices for measuring radiation, equipment for preparing samples for metallography and thermal cameras for non-contact temperature measurement.
