The exercise plan will be drawn up according to your wishes (weight reduction, body strengthening, corrective exercise, ...).
During training, you will learn how to perform exercises according to the compiled plan and choose the intensity-frequency of individual training sessions.
Afterwards, you can practice with my guidance or independently according to the plan.
