Bernardov village is located in the district Kutna Hora at the foot of the Iron Mountains. Bernardov has an area of 345 ha and lies at an altitude of 235 meters above sea level. The village was founded by Count Bernard František Věžník of Věžník in 1680 and the first written record comes from 1700. Today the village has 190 inhabitants.
