Obec Kněžičky

Knezicky village is located about 18 km east of Podebrady, in the district of Nymburk. The first written mention of our village dates back to 1390. From historical sources it follows that the ancient settlement of Kněžičky was the seat of Ivan. It is further documented that until 1410 Zikmund of Kněžičky resided in Kněžičky.
The village consists of three parts Kněžička, Kněžičky and Kopičák. Currently, 168 people live here.
