-standardně vybavená kuchyně (mikr.trouba, plynová trouba, rychlovarná konvice, překapávač na kávu, lednička s mrazícím boxem, atd.),
-oddělené toaleta a sprchový kout
-v obývací místnosti je k dispozici TV a DVD přehrávač.
