The main activity of our company is purchase of lands with consecutive financing and lease or sale of complete business centres. These buildings are managed, we provide full or partial facility management.
We have an agreement on cooperation, specially with operators of:
1/ discount groceries (Penny Market, Lidl, Plus Discount)
2/ full-product groceries (Edeka, Delvita)
3/ shopping centres with hypermarkets (Kaufland, Hypernova)
4/ hobby shops (OBI, Hornbach)
5/ store chains (Takko, Deichmann, New Yorker, Breno, Svet kobercu, Reno, Droxi, dm-drogerie, JYSK, OKAY Elektro, K+B Elektro, OP Prostejov).
We finance business centres of various operators all over the Czech Republic.
We can provide project documentation and construction and consecutive operation. We realize projects of housing construction, in the meantime specially in Plzen (e.g. reconstruction of the house in Slovanska alej), we are planning to realize these projects in other cities of the Czech Republic.
