For property appraisals we use the services of contractual appraisers licensed by Bankovni Institut a.s. and financial groups of Komercni banka a.s., Hypotecni banka a.s., Ceska sporitelna a.s., GE Money Bank, a.s., CSOB, a.s., and other institutions. Appraisals are elaborated in cooperation with appraisers who are certified for the given field of specialty. In the majority of cases we apply methods that have been approved by the Czech Chamber of Property Appraisers and harmonized with EU standards.
Appraisals are elaborated in compliance with the appraising standards and methodical guidelines of the Institute of Judicial Engineering in Brno and the Chamber of Certified Appraisers.
Our activities include also elaboration of appraisals for the purposes of authorized activities of the Czech Chamber of Engineers and Technicians authorized in the field of civil engineering with approbation for rehabilitation of civil engineering structures (CVUT – Klokner Institute, Prague).
In the field of measuring, testing, analyses, and inspections we conduct local investigation for designated purposes and present the results as evidence, or for the purposes of property merger or division, e. g. , for owners’ application for dividing apartment houses into condominiums, procurement of materials required for declaration of conformity, etc.
We use the materials procured by the individual professionals for our economic and organizational consultancy to physical and legal entities in property management.
