The company KOVOLIT Česká, spol. s r.o. based in the South Moravian Region has been specializing in the production of aluminum castings cast in bentonite sand and ingot molds for more than 50 years. Based on many years of experience in this area of production, and thus great knowledge of the field, we offer only quality and accurate products. Our main customers are mainly engineering, textile and construction companies. Part of the operation of our foundry is the production of models, molds and cores (manual, COLD BOX) as well as machining and technical preparation of production, which provides machining of castings, milling, turning, grinding, drilling, painting and production of mechanical components from all types of materials (Al , Ms, steel, stainless steel, plastic, etc.). If customers are interested, we are also able to provide heat treatment, hardening, X-ray of aluminum castings and tests of mechanical properties of materials. We produce aluminum castings in sizes from 0, 10 kg to 400 kg.
