Obec Blažim

The village of Blažim is a small village in the Pilsen region, belonging to the district of Pilsen - North. The village is situated at an altitude of 545 meters above sea level surrounded by fields, forests and meadows. The first written mention of our village dates back to 1183, when it is mentioned in the deed of gift of Prince Bedřich to the St. John's Order. Currently, about 65 inhabitants live here.

The surroundings of the village are suitable for various sports and recreational activities. A marked cycle path and a hiking trail pass directly through the village, which will take you to the nearby valley of the Dolský brook, where you can visit the Peckův mlýn homestead.
