The village of Poustka is located in the district of Cheb in the Karlovy Vary Region and it also includes the village of Ostroh and the settlement of Drahov.

The first written mention of Poustka dates from 1275. Currently, Poustka has 165 permanent residents.

The most important monument in the village of Poustka is the Romanesque ministerial castle Seeberg from the end of the 12th century. I will also find a chapel by the well from 1712 and the Hussar Cross. The Church of St. Wolfgang can be seen in Ostroh.

The village is traversed by a bicycle path and an educational trail "Environment of Seeberg Castle", which describes the history of the village, the settlement of the castle grounds and the development of crafts.

There are also accommodation and catering facilities and a children's playground.
