ZVU Servis a.s. focuses on the production of custom machines, gearing, and mechanical engineering in Hradec Králové. In our tool shop, we also repair machines and perform milling operations.
In the field of mechanical engineering, our main focus is the custom production of welded and machined machine parts and structures in Hradec Králové. We are specialists in tooling in our region, manufacturing tools and fixtures from structural alloy and tool steel.
At the customer's request, we can produce spare parts for machining, welding, measuring, and calibration, as well as gearing or steel structures. We process materials through turning, milling, grinding, hardening, carburizing, and material refinement.
In addition, we provide general and medium repairs of production machines, assembly of machine-technical parts for investment units, preventive or service inspections, and specific machine repairs. We perform repairs and installation of electrical equipment, repair and rewinding of electric motors, calibration and validation of welding sources with certification, and we repair and refurbish sugar centrifuges and other custom machines.
Our primary focus is custom production of parts, tools, and fixtures from structural alloy and tool steel, production of machined parts, including grinding and surface finishing, production and grinding of gears and worm gears according to customer documentation.
At the customer's request, we also perform gauge calibration and metrological services, which can extend the lifespan of these devices. Our services include issuing a calibration report or certificate with a validity period and marking the gauge.
We own three production facilities with a total area of 6,000 m2, and the production halls are equipped with gantry cranes with load capacities ranging from 5 to 20 tons.
