Surface treatment of the material:
-blasting, metallization, coatings.
Professional anti-corrosion protection of steel structures and their parts, steel containers and tanks, including stainless steel, concrete structures, etc.
Consulting, design of surface treatment systems, quality control including handover protocols and guarantees for the work performed
We carry out all surface treatments both at assembly workplaces and in our own heated rooms
(4 x 1000 m2).
Jetting:
-sorted dried siliceous sand,
slag, steel scrap, etc.
Metallization:
- hot metallization-shopping; Zn, Al,
Cu, Bronze, Brass, Zinacor, etc.
Coatings:
- foreign and domestic paints
(Hempel, Jotun, Rembrandtin, etc.)
In the event of a customer's request, we are also able to work with other paint materials.
Material handling is ensured by cranes and a side plate with a load capacity of 6t.
In the halls, we use low-lift devices up to 3.5 t. We are able to respond to an increase in demand in a short time (by insulating another hall).
