SK Horácká Slavia Třebíč is a hockey team that is a traditional participant in the national men's hockey competition - the 1st league of the Czech Republic. The club, which is famous for its education of hockey youth - personalities who came out of Třebíč hockey are, for example: Patrik Eliáš, Eratová brothers, Michal Mikeska, Leoš Čermák, Ondřej Němec, Vladimír Sobotka, etc.
Horácká Slavia was founded in 1928. During its existence, it changed its name many times. Until 1991, the Třebíč hockey players played under the banner of TJ Třebíč. Then the club was renamed back to SK HS Třebíč (they wanted to go back to the famous times of the 40s). Before the war, several hockey clubs played in the town, the most famous of which was DSK Třebíč (all the club nicknamed the board).
