Obec Stošíkovice na Louce

The village of Stošíkovice na Louca is located about 15 km from Znojmo in the direction of Moravský Krumlov.

The territory of Stošíkovice belongs to the system of Vněkarpatské depressions, the whole of the Dyjsko-Svratecký valley, in which the sub-unit of the Drnholecká pahorkatina is further separated. The altitude is about 197 m.a.s.l. The average annual temperature is around 9.2°C. The average annual rainfall was measured at about 447 mm. The surroundings of the village are drained by the Skalička stream, which is a left-hand tributary of the Jevišovka.

Among the rarest monuments of the village are the sculpture of the Holy Trinity and the statue of St. Jan Nepomucký.
