-ZH - Zelezarny Hradek u Rokycan (ironworks)
-ZCH - Zelezarny Chomutov (ironworks)
-VT - Valcovny Trub Chomutov (tube rolling-mill)
redivided into production divisions:

Division 1: - tubes drawing plant
-manufacture and sale of welded and drawn pipes

Division 2: - welding plant and galvanizing plant for tubes/ pipes
-manufacture and sale of welded, galvanized and sheathed pipes

Division 3 - steel-works
-manufacture of half-finished products for our own use

Division 4 - rolling mill plants and secondary manufacturing
-manufacture and sale of rolled steel, peeled and drawn steel

Division 5 - seamless tubes
-manufacture and sale of steel seamless tubes

Division 6 - peeled and ground steel and drawn wire
-manufacture and sale of peeled and ground steel and drawn wire.
