Frema, a.s.

The company Frema, a.s. Zlín specializes in the design and manufacture of molds for plastic injection, for products made of EPP, EPS, PUR, rubber and other materials.
Custom engineering production is focused on injection molds for plastics, foamed materials (foaming molds), vulcanization and steaming molds.

We also produce cutting knives, machine parts, single-purpose machines for plastic, rubber and shoemaking production and various CNC models by milling from artificial materials and wood.

We use state-of-the-art software for the preparation of production documents and state-of-the-art machinery for production.
We pay attention to the high quality of product processing, we have the quality certificate ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2009.

Mold production includes model and design preparation.
Manufactured types of molds:
- injection molds for plastics
- steaming molds for products made of polypropylene EPP and expanded polystyrene EPS
- foaming molds for polyurethane, foamed materials
- vulcanization molds for rubber moldings.

Production of punching knives:
- we supply cold-formed, hot-bent and chip-cut cutting knives according to customer requirements - for vacuum forming of plastics, leather and shoe production, paper and textile production.
Manufacture of machine parts and machine parts.

Production and construction of single-purpose machines - we equip the machines with hydraulic, mechanical, motor or pneumatic control.

We are equipped with modern technology for 3D digitization and measurement, measurement of molds, castings, injection molded parts, prototypes and models. We will create a measurement protocol.
