The company KONEL s.r.o. Zlín operates an e-shop where you will find a range of goods such as frequency converters, programmable logic controllers, relays, ultrasonic and photoelectric sensors, inductive and capacitive sensors, position switches and also offers certified industrial food dryers.
We operate in the field:
- automation of machines, equipment, or entire technologies in industry
- fault diagnosis, visualization, archiving and data transfer
- control of cooling circuits, control of conveyors, presses, automatic dosing of liquid and bulk media
- temperature, humidity and pressure regulation
- pump control
- control of frequency converters
- application of inductive and optical sensors.
With the growing complexity of applications, we began to actively use camera systems and checkers. According to customer requirements, we use camera systems from Cognex and Sick.
We also performed several applications with Keyence cameras.
Diagnostics and archiving of the course of production, operation of equipment, operator interventions for subsequent analytical and statistical activities. Evaluation of stored data. Fast and accurate diagnostics of faults and defects.
Repairs, modernization and overhaul of conventional machine tools
Together with experienced mechanics, we perform repairs and modernizations of conventional machines. We often replace obsolete and already unreliable control systems with new ones. We remove variators and gearboxes from machines. We then replace these gears with a fixed gear and a frequency converter.
Special single-purpose machines and assembly workplaces.
We design, construction and manufacture of special single-purpose machines and equipment. The machines are designed exactly according to the customer's requirements. The design is based on the long-term experience and practice of our technicians. Technical details are constantly consulted by the entire team during development, thus guaranteeing an optimal solution for the application.

Food dryer such as pasta, fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, etc., but also feed for dogs and cats, green fodder for the production of feed mixtures, etc. The dryer can also be used to dry industrial goods, such as paper, wood, etc.
