The village of Žehuň is located in the Central Bohemian region, on the northeastern edge of the district of Kolín, at an altitude of 204 m. A significant part of the village lies at the southwestern edge of the Žehuň pond. An important point is Kozí hůra (sometimes referred to as Kosí hůra), 272 m high.
