High-quality, functional and attractive covers with offset printing which capture attention
TOP TISK obaly company is a modern flexible firm that produces covers from smooth cardboard in excellent quality. Since 1999, it has been possible to meet the TOP TISK in Czech printing and packaging industry.
It was initially founded as mercantile printing works
equipped with an offset machine in B3
format. History of the new packaging company began with one printing machine
and ambitious plans. Business plan built on respectability, reliability and
precision. Soon it was also shown that clients were looking for just reliable
partners capable to respond flexibly to their needs. Since 2000, with coming of
the first machine of manroland brand, the company has been specialized
in printing of covers made of smooth cardboard. One of milestones in
development of TOP TISK was the year 2003 when the company moved into new
premises and defended implementation of quality management system
according to ISO 9001:2000 standard as well. Besides quality and perfect communication,
up-to-date technologies are another pillar of the company strategy. Roland 706LTTLV HiPrint printing machine was installed in the printing
works of the TOP TISK obaly
company in Brno at the end of the last year. The six-colour machine in B1
format with two varnishing units and two intermediate drying is, as the first
printing machine in the Czech Republic, moreover equipped with InlineFoiler
Prindor equipment for cold foil embossing. Already at the beginning of the last
year, the company enriched its automatic cutting machinery with top Bobst SP
104-E which increased technological capabilities of existing equipment and
expanded cutting capacity and flexibility. So far the latest important
investment in technical equipment is purchase of the most advanced adhesive
bending machine from the Swiss company Bobst, the Expertfold machine with
Accucheck additional equipment for automatic quality control and in-line
application of Braille by embossing using the Accubraille rotary head. Thanks
to this equipment, high level of customer service and strict quality control, Top
Tisk Obaly is a significant
player in the industry of covers, not only in our country but also abroad. Representatives of TOP TISK obaly company are
in close contact with a client during whole contract time. Thanks to its
know-how, TOP TISK is able to design attractive shape of a cover tailored to a
customer and also maintain its functionality. We will be also pleased to advise
how to adjust an existing cover, so that its functionality is improved, while
production costs are decreased. Delivery of cover test samples is taken for
granted, thus customers can try how the cover behaves in connection with their
products in practice. However, not only professional approach to customers, but
also unique technologies are behind success of TOP TISK company. Currently they
specialize mainly in printing of non-absorbent materials and in printing
with various metallic effects using Prindor technology. Our
clients use Prindor technology primarily for premium lines of their products.
Prindor technology allows to use metallic effects and TOP TISK won the
Cover of the Year award with it several times. However this year, unlike
previous ones, covers manufactured without Prindor technology were awarded. Top
Tisk has this technology that allows printing with metallic effects using cold
embossing. „We were collecting awards with Prindor several successive
years. Nevertheless, this year we have decided for a change and therefore we
registered exhibits of a completely different category and other areas of use,“ explains Ing. Jiri Maly, the Business
Manager of TOP TISK obaly, and adds to feelings of pleasure from a win: „We are glad that our philosophy
and approach to work prove successful. To acquire or to own technologies is not
the same thing as to control them perfectly and fully utilize their
capabilities. We believe that thanks to sense of a cover as such, we are able
to add something extra to it. We put a piece of our heart in preparation of
