Family engineering company Kovomont Přerov - spol. s r.o. based in Přerov is engaged in the production of machined and welded parts. Our main program is laser hardening. We produce flexible couplings VPS, BKN and Periflex. We provide custom grinding flat and round, turning, milling, welding, boring and drilling according to the drawing documentation.

Modern laser tempering plant - surface hardening with laser, local hardening with laser beam
The laser beam intensively heats only the surface layers of the material below the melting point while maintaining the toughness of the unaffected material. With the help of a laser beam, it is possible to quickly and efficiently heat-treat the surface of the material. It is a heat treatment in which there is rapid heating, endurance and rapid cooling. We harden the surfaces of common structural and tool steels, complex cast and pressed molds, cutting and bending tools, bearing bushes, gears, turbine blades, piston rings.

Flexible couplings
- we produce flexible couplings VPS, BKN and shaft couplings Periflex. These find use as a connecting element for connecting two misaligned shafts.

Dry ice blasting
- it is similar to sandblasting, blasting with plastic granules, soda.

Custom engineering production
We machine on conventional machine tools. We also perform surface and round grinding, turning, milling, boring, gear production by rolling method, welding and drilling according to the drawing documentation.
