The company Effective Housing, spol. s.r.o. based in Jihlava, has been involved in the design, planning and construction of low-energy, passive and zero-energy houses for more than 15 years, specializing in wooden buildings.
We also offer the construction of brick houses to interested parties, but we also deal with the revitalization of not only single-family houses, but also apartment and panel houses.
For our customers, we provide all services related to construction, from studies, project documentation, building permits or construction announcements, through securing subsidy support, energy audits to the construction itself.
We also have a carpentry workshop where we prepare all the materials for building houses.
We also offer consultancy (even free of charge) in the field of low-energy, passive and zero-energy houses, in the field of wooden buildings, energy savings, revitalization of residential, panel and municipal buildings, renewable energy sources and in the selection of suppliers.
Each of our wooden buildings has its own unique story. We always try to offer clients "tailor-made" solutions. Our main content is therefore not typical projects, because we know that they never fully reflect the client's requirements.
