We cooperate with breeders of traditional Czech breeds, supervise the transport and slaughter of animals. We pay attention to quality and dust off the forgotten processing procedures, we cut the meat ourselves, let it rest and mature. This gives it a more delicate and distinctive taste. Sausages are prepared according to original and proven recipes only from meat, salt and spices.
