The coffee roaster FABRICA DE CAFÉ was established as a family business for the production and distribution of premium plantation coffee of the highest quality, which we select from the best plantations in the world. We offer freshly roasted coffee with sufficient information about the type, origin and quality of the coffee. We focus on high-quality single-variety Arabicas and espresso blends. We roast coffee daily based on customer orders and deliver in short deadlines. Coffee is at its peak quality in the first week after roasting, and we subordinate everything to that. We use quality packaging to preserve the correct character of the coffee, which prevents moisture, light and other odors from entering. This is the only way we can guarantee 100% freshness and the highest quality. In the roastery, we offer a tasting of our coffee and the possibility of personal collection.
