The main focus is On Job Training, i.e. training and coaching of salespeople, managers, HR professionals and representatives of other professions directly during their work

- training workshops = group training aimed at developing specific skills
- implementation of the Development Center (DC) during the selection of employees
- implementation of Assessment centers (AC) in the development of management and business teams
- audits of sales teams
