The village of Bohemia lies on the river Moštěnka, near the Hostýn Hills, on the line between Přerov and Bystřice pod Hostýnem.
The village covers 455 hectares of land and is situated at an altitude of 295 m above sea level. The first written mention of the village comes from 1358.
The village has 145 buildings with a descriptive number and several other objects. More than 300 inhabitants are permanently reported here.
The biggest attraction for our citizens and tourists is the outdoor swimming pool with water purifier. It consists of two children's pools and a 50-meter pool with a maximum depth of 2.3 m. You will also find a two-track slide to the large pool and a "Ladybug" slide for the little ones. It also includes a restaurant with year-round operation.
Our municipality provides field care services to our seniors and disabled citizens with permanent residence in the Czech Republic and Domaželice.
Our municipality also has a voluntary fire brigade, the Mariánov Hunting Association and the Women's Club.
