Tučín Municipal Office.
The oldest written mention of Tučín dates back to 1351. According to an entry in the land registers, Tobiáš and Beneš from Strálk sold to the noble men Jan and Drslav, brothers from Kravař, and their heirs, four lands with all the accessories they held in the village of Tučín. In 1371, Vok from Kravař exchanged the village of Pavlovice and whatever he had in Prusínky and Tučín for the estates of Paršovice, Valčovice and Rakov belonging to Ješek Hromad from Horka.
Among the more important owners in the 14th century were the lords from Nákla, in the 15th century Vilém from Pernštejn obtained from Viktorín Bavor from Holovice a free will on a letter from the Czech king Jiří Poděbradský attesting to one hundred kopecks of groschen for half the village of Tučín and thus part of the village became part of Pernštejn property centered around the towns of Lipník and Hranice.
In the middle of the 16th century, the Perštejn family sold the Helfštýn estate to Půt from Ludanice, including part of Tučín, for a short time this part of the village was also owned by Mr. Petr Vok from Rožmberk with Kateřina from Ludanice. In 1636, Karel the Elder from Žerotín also had 8 subjects in the village.
Before the Thirty Years' War, one part of the village belonged to the Domaželky manor, the other part to the Želatovic manor, and the third part was the free manor.
In 1795, Count Antonín Alexandr z Magnis bought the estates of Přerov, Prestavlcká and Želatovice with Tučín, and it remained in the possession of this family until 1917, when Count Antonín Magnis sold it to an agrarian bank.
Among the calamities that befell the village, we can mention a big fire in 1853, during which half the village burned down, a cholera epidemic in 1866, which claimed 28 lives in the village, and a strong wind storm in 1910, which destroyed the windmill from 1743.
In 1913, electricity was introduced to the village and a telephone station was subsequently established.
