Caritas Prerov is a non-profit church organization founded by the Olomouc Archbishop on 3 February 1993 and providing a wide range of social services. Our services include home health and hospice care, charity care, civic counseling, Roma community center and pastoral assistant services.
Charity Prerov, our services:
Home Health and Hospice Care:
- home care is intended for patients who do not need hospitalization but whose medical condition requires professional medical care
- the service is provided by registered nurses.
Caritas Hospice Care:
- Mobile hospice care for dying adults in their home environment
- we provide medical, nursing, social, psychological and spiritual care
- the service is provided free of charge in non-stop operation

- CHPS is provided in the user's home every day from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm
