We recover problematic and unpaid receivables from commercial and mortgage loans in our own portfolio.
We conduct agency management of clients' receivables on our behalf on their account. The majority of receivables are forwarded from the most important banking houses in the Czech Republic. We carry out real estate debt relief and deal with properties in foreclosure.
