Throughout its history, SOUp has been engaged in the preparation of future professionals in the food industry. In addition to classical preparation, it offers its students of all disciplines various extension courses - a bartending course, a cold cooking course, a coffee course. Pupils can learn about new trends in food professions at domestic and foreign exhibitions.
