Our company JASEN KOMUNALNI TECHNIKA Ing. Jan Šesták, based in the Kroměříž district, deals with the production and development of municipal technology. It also sells and provides and service sweepers. We offer a self-collection sweeping superstructure. Its use is the cleaning and cleaning of dirt from the surface of roads and paved areas. The machine sweeps and sucks leaves, dust, sand, gravel, mud and water. We also provide service and supply of spare parts for ČICHO and ČIVO sweepers, including overhauls.
Description of the self-propelled sweeper superstructure:
Fixed or interchangeable superstructure of a truck of category N2 and N3.
Concept with a superstructure motor driving all units and functions.
The fan is driven by a belt drive via a switchable clutch.
Hydraulic circuits drive the rotation of the brushes and the tilting of the hopper.
The pneumatic system ensures the movement of the brushes into engagement.
The water system prevents dust during work and allows dirt to settle in the tank.
The sweeping device consists of a transverse roller brush under the vehicle, a disc brush on the side and a suction nozzle with a casting roller brush.
All functions are controlled remotely from the car cabin.
The speed of all brushes, the power of the water pump and the brush pressures on the road are controlled proportionally.
The garbage bin is completely stainless steel.

The entire body is covered with PU panels to reduce machine noise.
