The primary school in Rudná near Prague, founded by the Rudná Municipal Office, is a small-class school that provides education for first-grade pupils from the 1st to the 5th grade and is a catchment school for the municipalities of Rudná and Drahelčice. After completing the first stage of education, pupils transfer either to the primary school, Masarykova 878 in Rudná or to other primary schools, or multi-year grammar schools. The capacity of the school is 60 pupils, where teaching takes place in four classes with an average number of 14 pupils.
The primary school is housed in the old building of the former Hořelice primary school, which was built in 1898 and has been dedicated to the education of pupils with special educational needs since 1974.
The school also has a school canteen - a dispensary with a capacity of 60 seats and a school group. There is also a gym, a computer room with internet and a well-equipped workshop for work lessons. Pupils within the school also visit a small school grounds with play elements and a gazebo.
Pupils of our school can also attend clubs after classes:

- art activities
- in the case of vacancies, it is also possible to use the offer of the Masaryk Elementary School and the Rudňáček Family Center.
We also organize various projects, excursions, explorations and a school in nature for our students.
