The Flooring Guild of the Czech Republic was established on 31.12. 1997 as an open professional organization for all entrepreneurs and tradesmen who implement wooden, laminate, textile, coating and industrial floors in accordance with technical standards. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Construction Industry in the Czech Republic. The guild actively supports the education of young floor-builders, organizes the PODLAHA CUP apprenticeship competition, provides test and training material for practical teaching, is a partner of the Craft is alive! project, participates in the European Championship of parquet-builders under 25 years of age, and its representatives are part of the examination committees at the final exams of apprentices. helps to increase the professional and entrepreneurial knowledge of its members, organizes the educational UPGRADE of floorers, the World of Flooring conference, Innovation of the year in the flooring industry, the Flooring Mini Fair and participates in a number of educational projects - the Department of Building Crafts.
