- securing zoning decisions and building permits
- performance of technical supervision of the investor - TDI
- ensuring the preparation of the building for approval and organizational support for approval and the company also offers
- ensuring the organization of public procurement procedures for construction works, services and supplies in accordance with applicable legislation (Act No. 134/2016 Coll., as amended).
