Company VELBATES s.r.o. is a specialist in the manufacture of refractory shaped and unshaped products based on quartz glass. Our products are used in foundry, metallurgy, glass industry and in repair of coke-oven batteries and so on. We are based in Svitavy on Tovární Street.

Shaped refractory products:
- quartz glass shaped products with hydraulic bonding, high SiO2 chemical bonding and phosphate bonding.
Unshaped refractory products:
- dry mixtures of quartz glass are used for sealing expansion joints, cracks in refractory linings and for making monolytic linings
- plastic sealants, materials based on quartz glass, application is possible at high temperatures, immediately after adding binder.
Our products can be ceramic welded, characterized by high resistance to temperature changes, minimal thermal expansion and can be stored directly in a hot environment.
