The village of Malíkov is located in the Svitavy district in the Pardubice region, about 4 km from Moravská Třebová. Malíkov was probably founded on the territory with the original Slavic settlements, the first written record of the village dates from 1365. The area of the village is 4.09 km2 and is situated at an altitude of 395 m above sea level. Malíkov stream flows through Malíkovský.
