Škvorec is a former ancient town (since 1497) near Prague.
On October 10, 2006, the village of Škvorec again became a town. It stretches on the slopes above the valley of the Škvorecký brook by the road 101 connecting the towns of Úvaly and Říčany. There are a number of important and interesting monuments. The town consists of two parts - Škvorec and Třebohostice.
