Construction of family houses Zlín - Kudlov
The Kudlov invest company is implementing a project for the construction of family houses in the Zlín-Kudlov locality, 2.6 km from the center of Zlín and accessible by public transport. The subject area is situated on a gentle slope near the forest. Traffic access to the locality will be via the newly built road from Václavská Street. The entire project includes the construction of 50 RDs on a turnkey basis with possible variability at the request of the clients. The offer includes terraced houses made up of sections in the form of a four-house, i.e. two corner and two central RDs, RD type C are with a carport for parking vehicles in front of the RD. Land sizes range from 150m2 for terraced houses to approx. 600m2 for detached houses.
