We employ more than 50% of employees with a changed work ability,
this means that all activities carried out by the organization using these employees for the customer are counted for the purposes of calculating the mandatory levy to the state budget
We are able to employ or take over from you employees who, due to health limitations, can no longer hold their original profession and assign them to perform tasks at your facility or offer them assignment elsewhere
We will provide accommodation for those interested from outside of Prague
CHANGED WORKING CAPACITY:
We will hire
- persons with altered working capacity
- beneficiaries of a partial disability pension
- beneficiaries of a full disability pension.
Security services:
- security of property and people
- reception and information services
- physical security, guard service, monitorig
- electronic security
- guarding using the CCTV camera system, etc.
Property management and maintenance :
- cleaning
- administrative activities
- reception services.
Other services:
- production of identification cards and passes
- management of payroll and financial accounting and related personnel agendas.
The value of performance for all these activities can be counted as own mandatory performance instead of employing people with ZPS.
