The administrative territory of the municipality includes five villages:
- Miskovice
- Tributaries
- Been
- Hořany
- Mezholezy.
Their cadastre covers an area of 1, 900 ha. The area is adjacent to the town of Kutná Hora from the northwest and serves as a suburban recreation area. The picturesque undulating landscape with scattered greenery extends from 270 m.n.m. on the edge of the Elbe lowlands to 450 m.n.m. on the scenic view point of the Vysoká hill (with lookout tower).
The village devotes a great effort to the restoration of field roads, which improve the permeability of the landscape and bring natural traits to tourists.
Miskovice is a member of the association 'Kutnohorský venkov'.
In the first half of 2006, five micro-regions of the Kutná Hora District joined the Local Action Group (LAG) called 'Linden for the Countryside'.
The LAG aims at joint rural development through joint applications for subsidies from the European Union.
