Vinařství Kovacs is a small family winery based in the village of Novosedly in Moravia. The winery continues the long family tradition of growing vines and the production of top wines focused on original origin. Kovacs winery manages 35 hectares of its own vineyards and annually produces less than 200 thousand. bottles of wine only from their own grapes.
In wine production and vineyards, the winery places great emphasis on making the unique location and soil composition on the individual vineyard routes stand out as much as possible.
The vineyards are managed in a gentle way in accordance with nature according to the rules of organic farming. The vineyards and wine production are personally taken care of by a very experienced winemaker, winemaker and oenologist Alois Černík.
In the beautiful tasting rooms of the winery in Novosedly, we are happy to welcome those interested in tasting top Moravian wines. We will be happy to prepare celebrations, weddings or corporate events with food to order in our winery.
