Procedure for submitting and verifying requests for an extract from the criminal record:

Submission of applications:
An application for an extract from the criminal record (hereinafter referred to as the "excerpt") can be submitted at any municipal office, municipal office, city office, in Prague district office or local office, in territorially divided statutory cities at the municipal district office or municipal district office, which leads registry office.
