NAME, TRADEMARK, LOGO
Our name entered in the company register (business firm) is Ceskomoravska hypotecni banka, JSC. Since 1st January we have been appearing under a new name Hypotecni banka and with a new logo.
POSITION ON THE MARKET
We are glad and commited to keep long-leading position in field of mortgage credits both for citizens and municipalities. We are also the biggest issuer of mortgage bonds in the Czech Republic.
TRADE NETWORK
Our trade network is created by 13 branches (Prague, Hradec Kralove, Liberec, Teplice, Karlovy Vary, Plzen, Ceske Budejovice, Jihlava, Pardubice, Brno, Zlin, Olomouc and Ostrava), mortgage and consultancy offices and over 1500 external mortgage consultants all over the Czech Republic.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We specialize in mortgage credits by means of them you can finance not only acquistion, construction or reconstruction of a new flat or house. So called "American mortgage" you can even use against pledge of the own immovables for whatever financing (from furnishings up to holiday), respectively without proof of purpose of credit use.
