The village of Kyšice is located in the southern part of the Kladno district near the town of Unhoště. The village lies in a slightly undulating landscape, dominated by fields and meadows.
The village was founded near the fortress, which stood here in the middle of the 13th century. The first written mention comes from 1316 in connection with Diviš of Kyšice, who sold the village of Drahelčice that year.
The dominant feature of the village is the chapel of St. Florian, built from the collection of citizens. The newly renovated sports hall is used to organize various courses, trainings and camps, and also offers sports and cultural use.
The village of Kyšice currently has 625 inhabitants.
